1. 抓住；攫取
    If you grab something, you take it or pick it up suddenly and roughly.

    e.g. I managed to grab her hand...

    If you grab at something, you try to grab it.

7. 攫取；争取；赚取
    A grab for something such as power or fame is an attempt to gain it.

    e.g. ...a grab for personal power.
