    You use somewhat to indicate that something is the case to a limited extent or degree.

    e.g. He concluded that Oswald was somewhat abnormal...
           他断定奥斯瓦尔德有点不正常。
    e.g. He explained somewhat unconvincingly that the company was paying for everything...
           他解释说公司会支付一切费用，这个说法有点令人不能信服。
