1. 减;减去
    If you subtract one number from another, you do a calculation in which you take it away from the other number. For example, if you subtract 3 from 5, you get 2.

    e.g. Mandy subtracted the date of birth from the date of death...
           曼迪用去世的日期减去出生的日期。
    e.g. We have subtracted $25 per adult to arrive at a basic room rate.
           我们已给每位成人房客减去了 25 美元，这就是基本的房费价格了。
